THE WAR FOR FOUR S hane Byrne bounced back from a high-speed first-race crash to snatch a dramatic last- corner victory in race two over his arch rival Ryuichi Kiyonari as the British Superbike Champion- ship intensified in the first Show- down round at Assen in Holland on Sunday. Byrne, who hadn't won a race since Knockhill in June, had fought hard to close in on Kiyo- nari throughout the weekend.
